What is it?
Scribd is a social publishing site, where tens of millions of people share original writings and documents. Scribd's vision is to liberate the written word.
Why is it cool?
I think it's cool because you have more than a library of books and documents available to you on your computer. And you can upload your own documents and share them with the world.
